Item Cards

Understand the item card layout, hover previews, and quick actions on the pipeline board.

Each item on the pipeline board is displayed as a card. Cards show key information at a glance and provide hover previews for deeper context without opening the full detail view.

Card layout

The card is divided into four sections.

Top-left:

Display nameThe item's primary label, typically the linked contact name
ScoreLead score, if present

Top-right:

StatusThe current status within the stage, shown as an icon or number depending on your blueprint configuration
Short IDA unique reference like #A1B2 for easy identification

Bottom-left:

Summary iconsIcons representing key field values, configured in your blueprint

Bottom-right:

Created timeRelative timestamp showing when the item was created
Primary assigneeAvatar of the primary assignee. If unassigned, a self-assign button appears

The card's border color is determined by your blueprint's card color setting.

Hover previews

Hovering over different areas of the card reveals detailed previews. Each preview appears after a short delay.

Contact details

Hover over the display name (top-left) to see the linked contact's information: name, type, email, phone, and location.

Stage timeline

Hover over the status and short ID (top-right) to see the item's progression history. This displays a vertical timeline of all stage and status transitions in reverse chronological order, with the current position highlighted.

Summary fields

Hover over the summary icons (bottom-left) to see a list of key field values defined by your blueprint. This provides a quick overview of the item's data without opening the detail view.

Assignees and activity

Hover over the created time and assignee (bottom-right) to see:

  • Assignees. All assigned team members with their avatars. Primary assignees are marked with a badge.
  • Recent activity. A timeline of recent notes, calls, emails, meetings, and conversation messages with timestamps.

Quick actions

From the hover previews, you can take action without opening the item.

Assign userFrom the assignees preview, click Assign User to add a team member. Use Assign to Me for self-assignment
Add activityFrom the activity preview, click Add Activity to log a note, call, email, or meeting directly
Drag and dropDrag a card to another stage column on the board to move it

Opening the detail view

Click anywhere on the card to open the full detail view. This provides access to all fields, activity history, proposals, invoices, tasks, automations, and progression logs.
