Item Cards
Each item on the pipeline board is displayed as a card. Cards show key information at a glance and provide hover previews for deeper context without opening the full detail view.
Card layout
The card is divided into four sections.
Top-left:
| Display name | The item's primary label, typically the linked contact name |
| Score | Lead score, if present |
Top-right:
| Status | The current status within the stage, shown as an icon or number depending on your blueprint configuration |
| Short ID | A unique reference like #A1B2 for easy identification |
Bottom-left:
| Summary icons | Icons representing key field values, configured in your blueprint |
Bottom-right:
| Created time | Relative timestamp showing when the item was created |
| Primary assignee | Avatar of the primary assignee. If unassigned, a self-assign button appears |
The card's border color is determined by your blueprint's card color setting.
Hover previews
Hovering over different areas of the card reveals detailed previews. Each preview appears after a short delay.
Contact details
Hover over the display name (top-left) to see the linked contact's information: name, type, email, phone, and location.
Stage timeline
Hover over the status and short ID (top-right) to see the item's progression history. This displays a vertical timeline of all stage and status transitions in reverse chronological order, with the current position highlighted.
Summary fields
Hover over the summary icons (bottom-left) to see a list of key field values defined by your blueprint. This provides a quick overview of the item's data without opening the detail view.
Assignees and activity
Hover over the created time and assignee (bottom-right) to see:
- Assignees. All assigned team members with their avatars. Primary assignees are marked with a badge.
- Recent activity. A timeline of recent notes, calls, emails, meetings, and conversation messages with timestamps.
Quick actions
From the hover previews, you can take action without opening the item.
| Assign user | From the assignees preview, click Assign User to add a team member. Use Assign to Me for self-assignment |
| Add activity | From the activity preview, click Add Activity to log a note, call, email, or meeting directly |
| Drag and drop | Drag a card to another stage column on the board to move it |
