Manage Billing
Manage your company's subscription, add-ons, and payment settings from the billing page.
Accessing billing
Go to Settings → Company Settings → Billing to view your current plan, subscription status, and manage add-ons. Only the company Owner can change plans, update the payment method, or cancel the subscription.
Plans
Slate offers five plan tiers. Each plan includes a set number of users, storage, and features.

Billing cycles
Plans are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Annual billing is discounted compared to monthly.
You select your billing cycle during checkout. To change your billing cycle, use the Change Plan option on the billing page.
Add-ons
Add-ons extend your plan's included limits. They are billed at a flat rate regardless of your billing cycle.

To adjust add-ons, use the increment and decrement controls on the billing page. Changes to storage and signatures are prorated immediately.
Changing your plan
- Go to Settings → Company Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a plan and billing cycle
- Adjust users, extra storage, and extra signatures as needed
- Review the order summary and confirm
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment method
Click Change Payment Method on the billing page to update your card or payment details. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.
Cancelling your subscription
To cancel, click Cancel Subscription on the billing page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your company is downgraded to a read-only state.
